It also depends on each persons hair! Your best bet for bleaching is to go to a professional.

But, most of the ones I've been to have an awful selection (don't even carry Manic Panic) and the dyes they do have don't have a very good staying power (at least on my hair). It's important to note that everyone's hair is different and what works for one person may not work for another and vice-versa. If you can't order online, Sally's works in a pinch.
